Municipal Patent (Patente Municipal)

• Payment of Application Fees
• Draft Resolution or Letter (if applicable)

The client is required to provide the following documents:

• Certification of Debt from CRIM 
• Certification of Debt from Department of Treasury (Puerto Rico), if necessary
• Merchant Registry
• Affidavit, if necessary

The duration for processing and approval of this service is entirely determined by the agency responsible for handling the request.

**Provisional patents only incur a single administration fee, whereas patents that include business volume are subject to taxes unless exempt. These taxes must be remitted directly to the applicable municipality and are not included in our service.
