• Response Handling: Addressing any actions related to the registration process. 
• Gazette Publication: Assistance with publishing your trade name in the Official Gazette of Puerto Rico.
• Deadline Tracking Document: Stay on top of important dates 
• Certificate Delivery: Sending the certificate upon approval.

What the Client Needs to Provide:

- Complete Information: Full details about the trademark owner and their representative.
- Authorization Letter: A signed letter authorizing us to perform the requested services.
- Evidence of Use: Proof of the trademark’s use or intent to use it.

Important Note:

• Before you apply to register a trademark, our attorneys will assess its eligibility for protection and conduct a "trademark search" to identify any potential conflicts with existing registered trademarks.
• Approval Not Guaranteed: We do not guarantee the final approval of the trademark registration. Approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant government agencies.
• Additional Costs: Our fees do not include third-party or additional governmental fees, nor do they cover legal fees. They also do not include handling rejections due to conflicts or oppositions.
•  Client Responsibility: All evidence required to prove the use or intent to use the trademark must be provided by the client.
